Terms & Conditions of Ticket Sales
As a very small organisation, we are unable to give ticket refunds at any time, thank you for your understanding. For your comfort and safety, our events are subject to age restrictions - Summer and Winter Solstices are only suitable for those aged 12 years and over. At Samhain, our material is much darker in tone - Samhain Celebrations are suitable for those over 18 years only. Please note, we do not censor our artists - parental guidance is advised at all times. Our events are unsuitable for babies-in-arms - please don't bring these precious little ones with you; the events are not suitable for them and we will be unable to admit you. Please do not buy tickets from anyone you don't know, as sadly there are many people out there actively scamming others and it is heartbreaking to hear of people losing money this way
On arrival onsite, please follow the lights and stay within well-lit areas and boundaries – do not venture into any unlit areas - this is for your safety, as the Ancient Technology Centre (ATC) is a working site.
Only those with blue badges or pre-arranged passes, please, in the top car park next to the office.
As the ATC is a working site, wheelchair users may need further support during the evening to ensure comfort and safety, please contact us in advance if you need assistance.
Please feel free to dress for the occasion!
The Earthouse has wooden benches for seats, so you may want to be kind to your behind by bringing a cushion to sit on!
Your ticket must be shown at the ticket office - both printed tickets or a mobile phone screenshot showing your QR code will be accepted – please note, mobile signal at the Ancient Technology Centre is erratic, so please do not rely upon your original email for ticket entry as for health and safety reasons, your ticket must be seen by the ticket desk administrator in order to admit you.
The Ancient Technology Centre has a strict no dogs policy – among other reasons, this ensures the safety of the sheep who live onsite.
With that in mind – be aware there may be sheep poo on the floor!
The Ancient Technology Centre operates a strict no smoking policy to protect its beautiful buildings. Please only smoke in the designated smoking area in the car park by the top office.
The ground underfoot onsite is uneven and can be muddy, please wear appropriate footwear.
It can get draughty in the Earthouse, please ensure you have warm clothing with you to wrap up in.
To comply with licensing laws, only food and beverages bought at the bar may be consumed on site during the event.
Any children over 12 years attending must have their own ticket and be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian. Parental guidance regarding the evening's content is advised.
There will be some free parking available at Cranborne Middle School car park, but for those parking on the roadside or in the village, please respect our neighbours by parking responsibly and being mindful of noise on leaving the event.
The middle school car park gates will be locked at 11pm, please ensure all vehicles are removed from the car park by this time.
PLEASE BE AWARE NO VEHICLES MAY STAY ON SITE OR THE MIDDLE SCHOOL CAR PARK OVERNIGHT. Rogue vehicles will be moved on.
Bringing a torch is recommended, as the Ancient Technology Centre sits beneath a ‘dark skies’ reserve and it can be very dark when entering and exiting the site.
